Frequently asked questions
Why no call?
Most small processes can be understood from a good written description and a few screenshots. Writing it down also gives you a document you can keep and share. If a call would genuinely help, we'll say so — at no extra cost.
What if nothing is worth automating?
Then the report says so, and explains why. You still get the process map and a few simpler improvements. We won't recommend an automation that doesn't pay for itself.
How does the credit work?
If you buy any package within 30 days of receiving the report, €49 is deducted from its price. Reply to the report email before buying and we'll send you an adjusted payment link.
Is the report written by AI?
We may use AI tools to help draft parts of it, but every report is reviewed and edited by a person before it's sent, and the recommendations are ours.
